It started as a simple trip to Vegas.  A girl's weekend away.  I got very lucky, threw some money into a slot machine and kept winning.  I just thought, "Wow!"  I didn't gamble for months afterwards, not really paying attention to the gambling itself.

I am a college graduate.  I was a swimsuit model for Carnival Cruise Lines.  I was/ a licensed middle school teacher who taught 6 years.  None of that mattered to me.  I would not let anyone, or anything come between me and my gambling.  I broke the law in 5 counties to do what it took to gamble.

I knew I loved gambling that first weekend away to Las Vegas, but I knew I was addicted to gambling by the second trip there.
I gambled and won enough money to pay for the entire weekend and all of my bills for that month.  Little did I know that my life would change and I would learn the true meaning of hitting rock bottom.  My gambling addiction became this messy, entangled love affair that I was right in the middle of.

Welcome to my true gambling addiction story.
